“机械制图零件测绘”虚实结合的实践教学方式改革

摘　　要：针对大一新生对工程问题认识的不足、理论课时的减少、学生动手能力差等问题。提出创建“机械制图零件测绘”虚拟实验平台辅助老师线上、线下的教学。该平台以启发式引导学生了解测绘目标、测绘内容;掌握测绘工具的使用;按测绘歩骤引导完成零部件拆装;草图、零件图、装配图的测绘;图纸的归档等所有测绘环节。该平台可在教学实践中采用虚实结合的方式,也可独立使用,可有效地提高“机械制图零件测绘”实践教学环节的效果。In view of the lack of freshmen's understanding of engineering problems,the reduction of theoretical class hours,students'poor hands-on ability and the inability to carry out offline teaching of practical courses under special circumstances,etc.It is proposed to assist teachers in online and offline teachingactical courses under the epidemic situation.It uses heuristics to guide students to understand surveying and mapping objectives,content,master the use of surveying and mapping tools.Complete all surveying and mapping links,such as parts disassembly,sketch,part drawing,assembly drawing,and filing of drawings,according to the step-by-step guidance of surveying and mapping.In the teaching practice,the combination of the virtual and the real can be used independently,so as to effectively improve the effect of the practical teaching of mechanical drawing parts surveying and Mapping.
