脉络舒通丸治疗雷诺氏综合征的效果和安全性

摘　　要：目的分析雷诺氏综合征患者接受脉络舒通丸治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择2019年1月至2020年2月收治的雷诺氏综合征患者65例,按数字随机表法分为对照组(30例,接受常规西药治疗)和观察组(35例,在对照组基础上加上脉络舒通丸治疗)。对比2组患者用药后的病症改善情况、免疫球蛋白检测及临床试验检测、用药疗效、用药安全性、治疗满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者所需手指足趾苍白青紫变红时间、疼痛缓解时间、麻木缓解时间更短,血清NO、红细胞变形指数检测值更大,ET-1、5-HT、血浆纤维蛋白原、血浆D二聚体、全血高切黏度、全血中切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度检测值更低,IgA、IgG、IgM检测值更低,握拳试验阳性、冷水实验阳性的人数更少,总有效率更高,治疗满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对雷诺氏综合征患者实施脉络舒通丸治疗,能提升患者的临床疗效,帮助患者改善遇冷或情绪激动时手指(足趾)苍白、麻木等症状,且不会对患者机体造成过多负面影响,用药安全性较高,得到众多患者好评,适宜推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mailuo Shutong Pills for patients with Raynaud’s syndrome. Methods From January 2019 to February 2020,totally 65 patients with Raynaud’s syndrome admitted to our hospital were randomly assigned to receive either conventional Western medicine(the control group, n=30) or conventional Western medicine + Mailuo Shutong Pills(the observation group, n=35). The aim was to compare the improvement of symptom, immunoglobulin detection, clinical trial, therapeutic effect, medication safety, treatment satisfaction.Results In comparison of the control group versus the observation group, the observation group displayed significant shorter duration of pale, blue and purple redness of fingers and toes, significant relieved pain and numbness, significant increased serum nitric oxide(NO) level and erythrocyte deformation index(EDI),significant decreased endothelin-1(ET-1),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),plasma fibrinogen(FIB),D-dimer(D-D),whole blood viscosity(WBV)(high shear, middle shear, low shear),plasma viscosity(PV),immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgG,IgM,significant lower proportion of positive fist test and cold experimentation, significant increased overall effective rate and treatment satisfaction(all P<0.05). None of the incidence of adverse reactions differed significantly between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with Raynaud’s syndrome, Mailuo Shutong Pills can improve the clinical efficacy, improve the pale and numb fingers(toes) when cold or emotional excitement, and with less negative impact, high safety and many favorable comments, worthy of promotion.
