摘　　要：免疫治疗使肿瘤治疗发生革命性改变,并使肿瘤免疫焕发出新活力。多种免疫治疗方法已经获得较好的临床反应。肿瘤微环境中的免疫浸润细胞在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥关键作用,并影响肿瘤患者的临床预后。本文综述浸润性免疫细胞在肺癌治疗中的应用,加深对肿瘤免疫治疗的了解,有助于阐明免疫细胞在肿瘤进展中的调控作用,并为肺癌治疗开发新型免疫治疗方法提供一定的指导。Immunotherapy revolutionizes tumor therapy and makes tumor immunity radiate new vigor, increasing immunotherapy methods have obtained good clinical response.Immune-infiltrating cells in tumor microenvironment(TME) play a key role in the tumorigenesis and development, affecting the clinical prognosis of tumor patients. This paper reviews the studies of infiltrating immune cells in lung cancer, which strengthens our understanding of immunotherapy, and contributes to clarify the regulatory role of immune cells in tumor progression, aiming to provide some guidance for the development of new immunotherapy methods for lung cancer treatment.
