摘  要:目的探讨协作干预策略联合个体健康教育对急性胰腺炎患者心理状况及预后的影响。方法选择2019年2月至2021年10月于急诊外科接受治疗的急性胰腺炎患者100例,按数表法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。2组均行保守治疗,在治疗过程中辅以护理干预,对照组采用常规护理联合常规健康教育,观察组采用协作干预策略联合个体健康教育,评估2组患者干预前后的心理状况,比较2组的遵医行为、预后情况(保守治疗无效率、并发症发生率)及满意度。结果观察组汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在饮食习惯、按时用药、按时作息、健康信念、自我效能方面的遵医率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组保守治疗无效率与并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度调查表中各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论协作干预策略联合个体健康教育可有效减轻急性胰腺炎患者的负性情绪,提高其遵医行为,并改善预后,患者对护理服务的满意度较高。Objective To explore the effect of collaborative intervention strategies combined with individual health education on the psychological status and prognosis of patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The AP patients(n=100) who were treated in the Department of Emergency from February 2019 to October 2021 were selected as subjects, and they were randomized at 1∶1 ratio to receive conventional nursing + conventional health education(control group) or collaborative intervention strategy + individual health education(observation group). The key obsevition was psychological status, compliance behavior, prognosis(inefficient conservative treatment, complication rate) and patients’ satisfaction.Results the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);the compliance rates(eating habits, medication on time, regular work and rest, and healthy belief, self-efficacy) were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of inefficient conservative treatment, complication were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For AP patients, collaborative intervention strategies combined with individual health education is effectively capable of reducing the negative emotions, improving their compliance behavior, and improving the prognosis, and having better satisfaction.
