摘  要:高职生作为未来大国工匠的重要人才储备力量,其工匠行为表现及培育成效对技能型社会的实现有着重要影响。通过对8815名高职生的调查研究表明:高职学生的工匠行为表现一般,但自我效能感较高;职业认同在自我效能感对工匠行为表现的影响关系中起中介作用;自我效能感对工匠行为表现有正向预测作用。根据调查结果,建议通过强化实操技能防范达克效应,落实“新职教法”提升职教认同,建立“带薪式学习”的学徒激励模式滋养工匠行为。Higher vocational students are important talents reserve force for craftsmen of the nation in the future,their craftsmen behavior tendency and cultivation effect have an important impact on realization of the skilled society.It is shown from investigation of 8,815 higher vocational students in Hunan Province that the craftsmen behavior tendency is average,but the self-efficacy is high;Professional identity plays an intermediary role in influence of self-efficacy on craftsmen behavior;Self-efficacy can positively predict craftsmen behavior.Results of this survey shows it is suggested to strengthen practical skills to prevent Dunning-Kruger effect,implement“New Vocational Education Method”to enhance vocational education identity,and establish an apprenticeship cultivation mode of“Paid Learning”to nourish craftsmen behavior.
