摘　　要：目的使用剑桥认知成套测试(CANTAB)中的快速视觉信息处理(RVP)对抑郁症患者及正常对照进行比较研究,为寻找抑郁症患者RVP认知受损模式提供线索。方法本研究纳入105例抑郁症患者及209例正常对照,采用RVP和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行测试,并对RVP及HAMD得分进行成组检验和相关分析。结果抑郁症组与正常对照组在RVP 6项指标中的3项指标(RVP A′、命中率及正确拒绝率)差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而患者所有的6项RVP认知指标得分与HAMD得分无统计学相关,提示注意认知损伤独立于情绪障碍的临床症状。结论RVP受损指标可以作为认知受损模式的候选。Objective To compare rapid visual information processing(RVP)of the Cambridge Neuropsychological Test Automated Battery(CANTAB)in patients with major depressive disorder(MDD)with normal controls,and to provide clues searching pattern of cognitive impairment.Methods Rapid visual information processing(RVP)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were used to test 105 patients with major depressive disorder and 209 normal controls.Group test and correlation analysis were performed.Results Patients with major depressive disorder demonstrated impairment in 3 of 6 indexes in RVP(RVPA′,probability of hit and mean latency).There was no statistical correlation between scores of all 6 RVP cognitive indexes and scores of Hamilton Depression Scale,suggesting that attention cognitive impairment was independent of clinical symptoms of mood disorder.Conclusion Impaired RVP indexes could be used as a candidate for the pattern of cognitive impairment.
