摘　　要：自然杀伤(NK)细胞是一类独特的天然免疫淋巴细胞,在机体的感染、肿瘤、生殖和组织损伤等方面具有重要的免疫调控作用。NK细胞的主要免疫功能包括自然杀伤作用和免疫因子分泌功能。研究表明,NK细胞的表型和功能具有器官特异性,在人体不同的组织器官内,NK细胞的分布、表型和功能存在差异。近年来研究表明,在中枢神经系统(CNS)特定疾病微环境下如神经免疫病、脑血管病、神经退行性疾病和脑衰老疾病中,NK细胞是疾病病理演变的重要参与者和潜在的治疗靶点。本文将对NK细胞在CNS疾病中的研究进展进行回顾和总结,并对NK细胞在CNS疾病中的研究和应用方向进行展望。Natural killer(NK)cells are a unique class of innate immune lymphocytes,which is essential in immune response to infection,tumor,reproduction and tissue damage.The typical immune functions of NK cells include natural killing and immune factor secretion.Studies have shown that the phenotype and function of NK cells are organ specific,and there are differences in the distribution,phenotype and function of NK cells in different tissues and organs of the human body.Recent studies have shown that NK cells are important participants in pathological progress and potential therapeutic targets in the microenvironment of specific diseases of the central nervous system(CNS),such as neuroimmune diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,neurodegenerative diseases and brain aging diseases.In this review,we will summarize and prospects the progress on NK cells in CNS diseases.
