摘  要:设计了大惯量冲压机模垫液压控制系统,建立了系统数学模型并仿真分析了模垫液压系统闭环位置控制系统的稳定性和动态特性。模垫液压系统采用液压泵和蓄能器组合动力源、高响应伺服比例阀作为液压控制元件,具有响应快、节能等特点。结果表明,利用前馈及加速度反馈的PID复合控制提高了系统的控制精度,液压模垫顶出阶段的平均上升速度为67.1 mm/s,顶出行程位置控制误差为0.0064 mm,压边力的波动范围250.12~250.35 kN,达到了液压系统的控制要求,降低冲压机坏件率,提高生产效率。The die cushion hydraulic control system of large inertia Stamping press is designed.The mathematical model is established.The paper simulates and analyzes the stability and dynamic characteristics of the closed-loop position control system of the die cushion hydraulic system.the hydraulic system is composes of hydraulic pump and accumulator as the power source,the high response servo proportional valve as the hydraulic control element,which has the characteristics of fast response and energy saving.The research results show that the PID compound control of feed forward and acceleration feedback improves the control accuracy of the system.The average rising speed is 67.1 mm/s and the position control error is 0.0064 mm in the push-out stage.The fluctuation range of the blank holder force is 250.12~250.35 kN.These can meet the control requirements of the hydraulic system.These can reduce the failure rate of the press and improves the production efficiency.
