摘 要:针对环网柜内电力设备由于温度过高而产生影响配电系统稳定的安全问题,文中利用红外热成像技术设计了一套柜内电力设备广角红外图像检测系统。系统包含光学镜头、红外探测器、图像处理片上系统和图像输出显示设备4个部分,构造了用于图像降噪与增强的中值滤波电路及直方图增强电路,同时还设计了可以与视频处理芯片和显示设备进行通信的协议电路。实验结果表明,所提红外图像处理与通信电路设计方案可以对柜内电力设备系统加以监测,提供了一套完整的硬件实现方案。In order to solve the security problem that the power distribution system stability is affected by the high temperature of the power equipment in the ring network cabinet,a set of wide-angle infrared image detection system for the power equipment in the cabinet is designed by using infrared thermal imaging technology.The system consists of four parts:optical lens,infrared detector,image processing system on chip and image output display device.The median filter circuit and histogram enhancement circuit for image noise reduction and enhancement are constructed.At the same time,the protocol circuit that can communicate with video processing chip and display device is designed.The experimental results show that the proposed infrared image processing and communication circuit design scheme can monitor the power equipment system in the cabinet,and provides a complete hardware implementation scheme.
