显微镜下斜视矫正术与传统斜视矫正术治疗学龄期斜视临床疗效及安全性对比

摘　　要：目的 探讨显微镜下斜视矫正术与传统斜视矫正术在学龄期斜视患者中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2019年6月至2020年6月收治的86例学龄期斜视患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法分为观察组(显微镜下斜视矫正术)和对照组(传统斜视矫正术),各43例,对比两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果 与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(95.35%vs. 81.40%,χ^(2)=4.074)相对更高(P<0.05),并发症发生率(2.33%vs. 18.60%,χ^(2)=4.468)、术中出血量[(0.71±0.22)mL vs.(3.05±0.24)mL,t=47.130]相对更低(P<0.05),手术时间[(14.97±2.69)min vs.(21.87±5.04)min,t=7.920]相对更短(P<0.05)。结论 在学龄期斜视的临床治疗中,显微镜下斜视矫正术是更为安全、有效的治疗方法,能够减少并发症对于术后康复的妨碍,帮助患者尽快摆脱斜视症状的困扰。Objective To investigate the application effect of strabismus correction under microscope and traditional strabismus correction in schoolage strabismus patients.Methods A total of 86 school-age strabismus patients admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.The random number table method was used to divide them into observation group(strabismus correction under microscope)and control group(traditional strabismus).Orthodontics 43 cases in each group,the surgical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.35%vs.81.40%,χ^(2)=4.074)was relatively higher(P<0.05),and the complication rate(2.33%vs.18.60%,χ^(2)=4.468),intraoperative blood loss[(0.71±0.22)mL vs.(3.05±0.24)mL,t=47.130]is relatively lower(P<0.05),operation time[(14.97±2.69)min vs.(21.87±5.04)min,t=7.920]is relatively shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of strabismus of school age,the correction of strabismus under microscope is a more safe and effective treatment method,which can reduce the obstruction of postoperative rehabilitation and help the patients to get rid of the symptoms of strabismus as soon as possible.
