摘 要:目的:分析Bio-Oss骨粉联合浓缩生长因子(CGF)在上颌后牙区骨量不足患者上颌窦外提升同期种植体植入术中的临床应用。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月上饶市人民医院口腔科接收的80例上颌后牙区骨量不足患者,根据患者选择的植入骨替代材料将其分为对照组(n=34)和联合组(n=46)。对照组予以Bio-Oss骨粉植入,联合组予以Bio-Oss骨粉联合CGF植入,比较两组种植区骨密度、种植体周围骨组织高度及骨结合(ISQ值)。结果:术后6、12、18个月,联合组种植区骨密度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后6、12、18个月,联合组种植体周围骨组织高度均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后6、12、18个月,联合组ISQ值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:上颌后牙区骨量不足患者上颌窦外提升术同期种植体植入术中应用Bio-Oss骨粉联合CGF可有效提高种植区骨密度,帮助种植体周形成良好成骨效果,且安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the clinical application of Bio-Oss bone powder combined with concentrated growth factor(CGF)in simultaneous implantation of maxillary sinus elevations in patients with bone deficiency in maxillary posterior teeth area.Method:A total of 80 patients with bone deficiency in the posterior maxilla who were admitted to the Department of Stomatology,Shangrao People’s Hospital from January 2019to December 2020 were selected,and divided into the control group(n=34)and the combination group(n=46)according to the suitable implanted bone substitute material chosen based on the patient’s condition.The control group underwent Bio-Oss bone powder implantation,while the combination group underwent Bio-Oss bone powder combined with CGF implantation.The bone mineral density in the implantation area,bone tissue height around the implant and implant stability quotient(ISQ values)were compared between the groups.Result:The bone mineral density in the implantation area of the combination group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6,12 and 18 months after operation(P<0.05).Bone tissue height around the implant in the combination group were significantly smaller than those in the control group at 6,12 and 18 months after operation(P<0.05);ISQ values were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6,12 and 18 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying Bio-Oss bone powder combined with CGF in simultaneous implantation of maxillary sinus elevations in patients with bone deficiency in maxillary posterior teeth area can effectively improve the bone mineral density in implantation area and help to improve osteogenesis effect around the implant,with good safety.
