摘　　要：目的:观察平肝宁心推拿法联合感觉统合治疗儿童抽动障碍(TD)的临床效果。方法:将2019年4月-2020年5月就诊于内蒙古包钢医院中医儿科及康复科的60例TD患儿应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组予以盐酸硫必利片治疗,观察组予以平肝宁心推拿法联合感觉统合治疗。应用耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YGTSS)和中医症候积分分别于治疗前及治疗后评估患儿病情,并比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05);治疗后两组运动性抽动、发声性抽动、整体损伤评分、YGTSS总分及中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平肝宁心推拿法联合感觉统合治疗儿童TD具有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pinggan Ningxin massage combined with sensory integration in the treatment of children with tic disorder(TD).Method:A total of 60 children with TD who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Pediatrics and Rehabilitation of Baogang Hospital of Inner Mongolia from April 2019 to May 2020 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets,and the observation group was treated with Pinggan Ningxin massage combined with sensory integration.Yale globle tic severity scale(YGTSS)and TCM symptom scores were used to evaluate the condition of children before and after treatment,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 56.67%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor twitch,vocal twitch,overall injury scores,total scores of YGTSS and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pinggan Ningxin massage combined with sensory integration has good clinical effect on children with TD,and it is worthy of clinical application.
