摘　　要：低凝柴油的加氢处理装置以常一线和常二线混合油为原料,生产国Ⅵ柴油调合组分。装置设计能力为40万t/a,操作弹性60%~110%。反应部分采用冷低分和炉前混氢流程,分馏部分采用单个分馏塔,通过加氢反应将硫质量分数降低到10×10-6以下达到国Ⅵ标准。The hydrotreating unit of low pour point diesel oil takes the mixture oil of normal first and normal second line as raw material and produces VI diesel blending components.The design capacity of the unit is 400,000 tons per year,operating flexibility is 60%~110%.The reaction part adopts cold low fractionation and hydrogen mixing process in front of Furnace,and the fractionation part adopts a single fractionating tower.The sulfur content is reduced to below 10×10-6 by hydrogenation reaction to meet the National VI standard.
