摘  要:以大型塑料检查井井座为研究对象,以壁厚、主管直径、主管高度、子管直径与子管位置高度为影响因素,设计了响应指标为应力、应变的正交试验。采用双目标稳健设计方法和综合加权评分法研究了井座与井筒承口扩径部分在垂直土压力作用下各因素对检查井刚强度影响的敏感性,得到了大型塑料检查井井座尺寸的最优参数组合:壁厚8 mm、主管直径1 000 mm、主管高度1 200 mm、子管直径500 mm、子管位置高度300 mm。Large plastic check well was took as the research object, wall thickness, head pipe diameter, head pipe height, sub-pipe diameter and sub-pipe position height were took as the influencing factors, and the orthogonal test with stress and strain as response indexes was designed. The influence sensitivity of various factors on the rigidity strength of check well under the action of vertical earth pressure was revealed with double objective robust design method and comprehensive weighted scoring method. The optimal parameter combination of size of large plastic check well is obtained, which is wall thickness of 8 mm, head pipe diameter of 1 000 mm, head pipe height of 1 200 mm, sub-tube diameter of 500 mm, sub-tube position height of 300 mm.
