益气散结消臌汤联合复方甘草酸苷治疗中晚期肝硬化腹水临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气散结消臌汤联合复方甘草酸苷治疗中晚期肝硬化腹水的效果。方法:98例按照随机数字表法分为常规组和联合组各49例。两组均给予复方甘草酸苷治疗,联合组加用益气散结消臌汤。结果:联合组总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05),治疗1个月后联合组24h尿量大于常规组、腹围小于常规组(P<0.05),治疗1个月后联合组ALT、AST、TBil、DBil水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。联合组治疗1个月后HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ水平低于常规组(P<0.05),治疗1个月后联合组MDA、XOD水平低于常规组(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:益气散结消臌汤联合复方甘草酸苷治疗中晚期肝硬化腹水疗效较好,安全性高。Objective:To observe the effect of Yiqi Sanjie Xiaogu Decoction combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment of advanced cirrhosis ascites. Methods: Ninety-eight cases were divided into routine group and combined group according to random number table, with 49 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Compound Glycyrrhizin,and the combined group were treated with Yiqi Sanjie Xiaogu Decoction in addition. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the 24 h urine volume of the combined group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the abdominal circumference was smaller than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, TBil and DBil in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the levels of HA, LN, PCIII and CIV in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05), and the levels of MDA and XOD in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Sanjie Xiaogu Decoction combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin is effective and safe in the treatment of advanced cirrhotic ascites.
