鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗二种慢性泪囊炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的比较鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗单纯性慢性泪囊炎与泪道置管术后复发性泪囊炎的疗效观察。方法选取2016年4月至2020年4月于山西省运城市中心医院就诊的慢性泪囊炎病人100例,均选择单眼,共100只眼行回顾性分析;将所有病人分为两组:单纯组和复发组,各50例,50只眼;所有病人均行鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,术后随访6个月,并分析病人术后的治疗效果。结果术后6月时单纯组的总有效率为92%,复发组的总有效率为76%,单纯组明显高于复发组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(Z=−2.17,P<0.05)。结论泪道置管术后复发性泪囊炎经鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,其手术效果明显低于单纯性慢性泪囊炎。Objective To compare the efficacy of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of simple chronic dacryocystitis and recurrent chronic dacryocystitis after lacrimal duct drainage tube insertion.Methods A total of 100 cases(100 eyes)with chronic dacryocystitis treated in Yuncheng Central Hospital from April 2016 to April 2020 were selected for retrospective analysis.All cases were divided into two groups:simple group and recurrence group,with 50 cases and 50 eyes in each group;All cases were treated with endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.They were followed up for 6 months,and the effects after operation were analyzed.Results The effective rate at 6 months after surgery was 92%in the simple group and 76%in the recurrence group.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(Z=−2.17,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for recurrent dacryocystitis after lacrimal duct catheterization is significantly lower than that of simple dacryocystitis.
