摘 要:《景岳全书》为明代著名医家张景岳的代表著作,对后世影响很大。作者在跟随导师做助教时,教授硕士研究生期间将景岳全书作为重要的教授科目。文章从问诊的重点(问寒热、问渴、问汗、问头身、问二便、问饮食、问胸腹)、脉象的重点与难点(包括各种脉象及胃气和顺逆)、表里寒热虚实辨证、火证、虚损、七方八略等重点内容梳理《景岳全书》教学的难点与重点,对研究生教学很有裨益。The Jingyue Quanshu is the representative work of Zhang Jingyue,a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty,which has great influence on later generations.The author took the book as an important subject when he taught a master’s degree program under his tutor.This article sorts out the difficulties and emphases of the teaching of Jingyue Quanshu from the key contents of the inquiry(asking about cold and heat,thirst,sweat,head and body,two stool,diet,chest and abdomen),the key and difficult points of pulse(including various pulse signs,stomach qi and flow),syndrome differentiation of cold and heat inside and outside,syndrome of fire,deficiency and damage,seven ways and eight strategies,etc.,which is very helpful to the teaching of postgraduate students.
