中医外科住院医师规范化培训思政教育的探索

摘　　要：思想政治教育是当代大学教育的核心教育之一。人无德不立,如何在大学进行普通的思想教育之后,在岗前教育的专业培训中加入思政教育是我们需要思考的问题,住院医师规范化培训作为医师的岗前教育,对学员的思政教育决定了学员以后从业的态度和奋斗精神,尤其对于疾病复杂、实践技能较多的中医外科而言尤其如此,我们经过临床带教的探索与实践总结了如何在中医外科专业教学中融入思政教育,并取得了良好效果。Ideological and political education is one of the core education of contemporary university education.No man can stand without virtue.How to add ideological and political education into the professional training of pre service education after the general ideological education in university is a problem we need to think about.As the pre service education of doctors and the pre job education of doctors,the standardized training of residents determines the attitude and struggle spirit of the trainees.This is especially true for surgery of traditional Chinese medicine with more practical skills.Through the exploration and practice of clinical teaching,we summarized how to integrate ideological and political education into the teaching of surgery of traditional Chinese medicine,and achieved good results.
