首发精神分裂症患者人际信任现状及其相关危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的 分析首发精神分裂症(SP)患者人际信任现状及相关危险因素.方法 选取赣州市第五人民医院精神科2020年2月-2021年2月就诊的87例SP患者,用人际信任量表(ITS)评估患者人际信任情况,调查患者相关资料,对比不同资料患者人际信任现状(ITS评分)差异,分析首发SP患者人际信任现状的相关危险因素.结果 87例首发SP患者人际信任程度低下,平均ITS评分为(73.84±4.62)分;对比不同资料首发SP患者ITS评分后,经多元线性回归分析检验,结果显示,精神病症状严重、社会支持低下、自尊水平低下、社交回避及苦恼水平高是首发SP患者人际信任现状的危险因素(P<0.05).结论 首发SP患者人际信任水平较低,可能受精神病症状、社会支持、自尊水平、社交回避及苦恼水平因素影响.0bjective To analyze the status and risk factors of interpersonal trust in patients wih first-episode schizophrenia(SP).Methods Select Ganzhou fifty people's hospital of psychiatriy department February 2020-February 2021 of 87 patients with SP,interpersonal trust scale(ITS)was used to assess patients'interpersonal trust,investigate patients with relevant information,interpersonal trust status in patients with different materials(ITS score)dfference,the analysis of the present situation of interpersonal trust starting SP patients related risk factors.Results The average ITS score of 87 patients with SP was(73.84±4.62).Afer comparing the ITS scores of SP patients with different data,multiple linear regression analysis showed that severe psychotic symptoms,low social support,low selfesteem,high level of social avoidance and distress were the risk factors of interpersonal trust in SP patients with different data(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of interpersonal trust in first-episode SP patients is low,which may be affected by psychotic symptoms,social support,self-esteem,social avoidance and distress.
