摘　　要：目的调查老年白内障日间手术患者术前焦虑的现状.方法选取151名老年白内障日间手术患者,采用一般情况调查表和社会支持评定量表(SSRS),状态焦虑问卷进行调查.结果老年白内障日间手术患者的焦虑总得分平均为(46.78±6.67)分,高于国内常模(P<0.05).不同性别,不同年龄,不同文化程度,不同月收入,主观支持的焦虑得分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论医疗人员应对女性、文化程度低的老年患者提供较多心理支持和健康宣教,为家庭月平均收入低者提供帮扶,提高老年白内障日间手术患者主观支持.Objective To investigate the current situation of preoperative anxiety in elderly patients with cataract day surgery.Methods A total of 151 elderly patients with cataract day surgery were surveyed with a general questionnaire and a social support rating scale(SSRS)and a state anxiety questionnaire.Results The overall score of anxiety in elderly cataract day surgery patients averaged(46.78±6.67),which was higher than that of domesic norms(P<0.05).Differences in anxiety scores for different genders,different ages,different levels of education,different monthly incomes(P<0.05),and subjective support were all statistically significant.Conclusion Medical personnel should provide more psychological support and health education for women and elderly patients with low education level,provide assistance for those with low average monthly income,and improve the suhjective support of elderly cataract day surgery patients.
