美沙拉嗪栓剂联合艾迪莎对溃疡性直肠炎患者微炎症状态的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察美沙拉嗪栓剂联合艾迪莎对溃疡性直肠炎(UC)患者微炎症状态的影响.方法 依照随机数字表法将2019年5月-2021年3月江西中医药大学附属医院收治的92例UC患者分为两组,各46例;对照组予以艾迪莎治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用美沙拉嗪栓剂治疗;比较两组疗效、炎性因子水平[白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、白介素-10(IL-10)]及不良反应发生情况.结果 研究组总有效率93.5%高于对照组的78.3%(P<0.05);较治疗前比,治疗后两组IL-6水平、IL-8水平均降低,IL-10水平均升高,且研究组上述指标改善更显著(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率8.7%与对照组的4.3%相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 艾迪莎与美沙拉嗪栓剂联合治疗UC的疗效较好,可改善微炎症状态,且不良反应少.Objective To observe the effert of mesalazine suppository combined with Adissa on micrninflammation in patients with ulcerative proctitis(UC).Methods According to the random number table method,92 patients with UC admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to March 2021 were divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Adisha,and the study group was treated with mesalazine suppository on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.5%higher than that of the control group 78.3%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 were decreased and the levels of IL-10 were increased in the two groups at the end of treatment,and the improvement of the above indexes in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the study group and the control group(8.7%vs.4.4%,P>O.05).Conclusion The combination of Adisha and mesalazine suppository is effective in the treatment of UC,which can improve the microinflammation state and have less adverse reactions.
