摘　　要：目的:观察iRootBP盖髓在乳磨牙深龋间接盖髓中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年1月河南大学赛思口腔医院收治的120例乳磨牙深龋患儿的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(n=60,患牙60颗)与对照组(n=60,患牙60颗)。观察组采用iRootBP间接盖髓,对照组采用Dycal间接盖髓,比较两组填充操作时间、盖髓成功率、牙本质形成率和并发症发生率。结果:观察组填充操作时间短于对照组,牙本质形成率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组盖髓成功率为90.00%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:iRootBP盖髓用于乳磨牙深龋间接盖髓中可提高盖髓成功率和牙本质形成率,缩短填充操作时间,降低并发症发生率,优于Dycal盖髓效果。Objective:To observe application effects of iRootBP pulp capping in indirect pulp capping of deep caries of deciduous molar teeth.Methods:The clinical data of 120 children with deep caries of deciduous molar teeth admitted to the from January 2019 to January 2021,120 children with deep caries of deciduous molar teeth admitted to the Stomatological Hospital of Henan university were retrospectively analyzed,According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(n=60,60 teeth)and control group(n=60,60 teeth).The observation group was treated with iRootBP indirect pulp capping,while the control group was treated with Dycal indirect pulp capping.The filling operation time,the pulp capping success rate,the dentin formation rate,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The filling operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,the dentin formation rate was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulp capping success rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 0,which was significantly lower than 10.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:iRootBP pulp capping can improve the pulp capping success rate and the dentin formation rate,shorten the filling operation time and reduce the incidence of complications in the indirect pulp capping of deep caries of deciduous molar teeth.Moreover,it is superior to Dycal pulp capping.
