摄食训练在卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察摄食训练在卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月该院收治的92例卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各46例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予摄食训练,比较两组标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)评分、训练总有效率和吞咽障碍并发症发生率。结果:训练第3、7、15天,观察组SSA评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组训练总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练期间,两组吞咽障碍并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在常规康复训练基础上采用摄食训练可降低卒中后吞咽障碍患者SSA评分,提高训练总有效率,效果优于单纯常规康复训练。Objective:To observe application effects of feeding training in patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 92 patients with dysphagia after stroke admitted to this hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,46 cases in each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was given feeding training on the basis of that of the control group.The standardized swallowing assessment(SSA)score,the total training effective rate,and incidence of dysphagia complications were compared between the two groups.Results:On the 3rd,7th and 15th day of training,the SSA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of training in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 80.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the training,there was no significant difference in the incidence of dysphagia complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine rehabilitation training,the feeding training can reduce the SSA scores of the patients with dysphagia after stroke and improve the total effective rate of training.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation training.
