摘  要:甘青隧道为西宁至成都铁路的控制性工程,隧址区海拔高、气候环境恶劣、地质构造复杂、地下水发育。隧道建设将面临高原寒区长大隧道分合修、长大隧道施工组织方案、特殊地质隧道工程对策、安全快速施工、防寒、防灾救援模式等技术难题。结合隧道环境、地质条件,开展复杂环境下隧道设计及工程对策研究,并提出以下工程对策:(1)合修方案作业空间大,有利于充分发挥机械工效;(2)隧道出口设局部平行导坑可超前探明地质,有效降低施工风险;(3)高地应力岩爆隧道应加强监测,实时优化支护措施;高地应力软岩隧道采取调整仰拱曲率、加强衬砌支护措施方案;膨胀岩隧道采取调整仰拱曲率,仰拱填充面布设护面钢筋,仰拱采用钢筋混凝土结构;(4)采用埋在冻结线以下的中心深埋水沟、防寒泄水洞等防寒措施;(5)采用洞内列车救援模式;(6)围岩条件好、控制性工区采用大型机械化配套施工。The Ganqing Tunnel is the dominant engineering of the Xi’ning-Chengdu Railway, which is characterized by high elevation, poor climatic environments, complicated geological conditions, and plentiful groundwater. The tunnel construction technical problems in cold plateau region are as follows: the twin single-track tubes or the single double-track tube design scheme of the long tunnel, the long tunnel construction organization scheme, engineering countermeasures for the special geological tunnel, the safe and rapid construction technique, the anti-freezing technology, the disaster prevention and rescue. In view of the environment and geological conditions, studies on design and engineering countermeasures of tunnel in complex environment are carried out. The research results show that(1) the single double-track tube design scheme can provide large space for machines to play fully;(2) the parallel pit can reveal the geological conditions ahead of the tunnel to reduce tunnel construction risks effectively;(3) for the rock burst tunnel, monitoring should be strengthened and support measures be optimized in time;for the squeezing rock tunnel and swelling rock tunnel, support measures should be reinforced;for swelling rock tunnel, the curvature of the inverted arch should be adjusted, the steel bars be placed in the roof of the invert filling surface, and reinforced concrete be applied in the inverted arch;(4) central deep buried ditch or the drainage tunnel located below freezing line is taken as design measures for anti-freezing;(5) rescue train is used in the tunnel;(6) large-scale machine construct is taken in work areas with good surrounding rock or control conditions.
