摘  要:为解决控制系统反应不灵敏、运行不稳定和无法远程监控的难题,设计基于物联网的侦察机器人。监控系统现场层由电机驱动模块、红外传感器模块、陀螺仪模块等组成;中间层由STC15W控制器及外围电路组成;应用层由手机APP软件二次开发监控系统。首先现场的各类传感器实时采集环境参数,把它转换为电信号发送到STC15W控制器中;然后STC15W根据预定的程序对信号进行处理;最后STC15W发送命令控制步进电机等执行元件,同时把控制命令发送到手机APP监控系统上。现场测试结果表明,该侦察机器人反应灵敏、运行稳定,能通过手机APP对其进行远程监控。In order to solve the problems such as sensitive,unstable and unable to monitor remotely,a reconnaissance robot based on Internet of things is designed.The field layer of robot monitoring system is composed of motor drive module,infrared sensor module,gyroscope module,etc.The middle layer is composed of STC15W controller and peripheral circuit;the application layer is composed of mobile phone app software secondary development monitoring system.Firstly,all kinds of sensors on site collect environment parameters in real time,convert it into electrical signals and send them to STC15W controller;secondly,STC15W processes the signals according to the predetermined program;finally,STC15W sends commands to control the stepping motor and other executive components,and sends the control commands to the mobile app monitoring system.The field test results show that the reconnaissance robot is sensitive and stable,and can be remotely monitored by mobile App.
