摘  要:目的:探讨案例教学法(CBL)结合循证医学(EBM)在留学生《内科学-内分泌系统疾病》教学中的应用及效果。方法:选择石河子大学医学院临床医学四年级本科留学生进行研究。2017级临床医学秋季班57人为实验班,2016级临床医学秋季班41人为对照班。实验班采用CBL结合EBM教学方法,而对照班采用传统课堂讲授教学法进行教学。结果:实验班的理论成绩和病例分析成绩明显优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验班的学习态度、学习兴趣、沟通能力、知识掌握能力、病例分析能力、独立思考能力、文献检索能力、团队协作能力均优于对照班,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CBL结合EBM教学法提高了留学生《内科学-内分泌系统疾病》教学的效果及质量,值得在今后的医学留学生本科教学中推广及应用。Objective:To explore the application and effect of case teaching method(CBL)combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM)in the teaching of"Internal Medicine-Endocrine System Diseases"for international students.Methods:The fourth-year undergraduate students of Shihezi University School of Medicine were selected for research.The 2017 clinical medicine fall class has 57 students in the experimental class,and the 2016 clinical medicine fall class has 41 students in the control class.The experimental class was taught by CBL combined with EBM teaching method,and the control class was taught by traditional classroom teaching method.Results:The theoretical scores and case analysis scores of the experimental class were significantly better than those of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The learning attitude,learning interest,communication ability,knowledge mastery ability,case analysis ability,independent thinking ability,literature retrieval ability and teamwork ability of the experimental class were better than those of the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CBL combined with EBM teaching method improves the effect and quality of teaching"Internal Medicine-Endocrine System Diseases"for international students,and it is worth promoting and applying in future teaching.
