中西医结合治疗脑瘤的研究进展

摘　　要：我国脑瘤的发病率和死亡率呈现逐年上升趋势,已严重威胁人类生命健康.现代医学治疗主要采取手术、放化疗等综合治疗模式,但存在预后较差、易转移和复发,且不良反应大等缺点.中医药在脑瘤治疗中具有一定疗效,能明显控制疾病进展,联合放化疗减毒增效,改善术后并发症和后遗症,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存期.基于中西医结合在脑瘤治疗中的应用,对其临床研究进行综述,拟为中西医结合治疗脑瘤提供参考.The incidence and mortality rate of brain tumors in China show an increasing trend year by year,which has seriously threatened human life and health.Modern medical treatment mainly adopts comprehensive treatment modes such as surgery and chemotherapy and chemotherapy,but there are disadvantages of poor prognosis,easy metastasis and recurrence,and large adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain efficacy in the treatment of brain tumor,which can significantly control the progress of the disease,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy to reduce toxicity and increase efficiency,improve postoperative complications and sequelae,improve the quality of life of patients,and prolong the survival of patients.Based on the application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of brain tumors,its clinical studies are reviewed and proposed to provide a reference for the treatment of brain tumors.
