坤泰胶囊联合针灸治疗子宫内膜癌患者术后绝经综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合针灸治疗子宫内膜癌患者术后绝经综合征的临床疗效及安全性。方法将80例确诊为Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌的绝经前及围绝经期患者随机均分为坤泰胶囊治疗组(A组)和坤泰胶囊联合针灸治疗组(B组)。记录两组治疗前和治疗后6个月时改良Kupperman绝经指数(KMI)评分、临床治疗效果和肿瘤患者生存质量评分,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平,并对患者术后定期随访。结果两组患者治疗总有效率均达到100%。与治疗前相比,两组治疗后改良KMI评分和BALP水平降低,血管舒缩、心理、生理和性生活维度评分增加(P<0.05或P<0.01),而FSH、LH和E_(2)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。B组治疗后生理维度评分高于A组(P<0.05)。80例患者随访7~24个月,无一例复发。结论坤泰胶囊联合针灸治疗子宫内膜癌患者术后绝经综合征可获得满意的临床结果,提高生活质量,不增加近期复发的风险。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Kuntai capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal syndrome in the patients with endometrial cancer after operation.Methods Eighty premenopausal and perimenopausal patients with endometrial cancer in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ were equally randomized into two groups of A(treated with Kuntai capsule)and B(treated with Kuntai capsule and acupuncture).The modified Kupperman menopause index(KMI)score,clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life score were recorded before operation and six months after operation.The levels of bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP),estradiol(E_(2)),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were detected by ELISA method.All the patients were regularly followed up after operation.Results The total effectiveness rate in both groups reached 100%.Compared with before operation,the modified KMI score and BALP level were decreased,the scores of vasomotion,psychology,physiology and sexual life were increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),whereas the levels of FSH,LH and E_(2)were not significantly changed after operation in groups of A and B(P>0.05).The score of physiology after operation in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).The patients were without recurrence during 7-24 months of following up.Conclusion Kuntai capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of menopausal syndrome in the patients with endometrial cancer after operation can obtain satisfactory clinical outcome,improve the quality of life without increased risk for recent recurrence.
