口腔癌患者应用术前诱导化疗与术后放疗联合治疗的效果及不良反应发生情况分析

摘　　要：目的研究联合应用术前诱导化疗与术后放疗治疗口腔癌的效果.方法根据治疗方案的不同将湖南省郴州市第一人民医院2018年1月-2021年5月收治的86例口腔癌患者分为两组,对照组(43例)仅给予术后放疗治疗,研究组(43例)给予术前诱导化疗与术后放疗,比较两组临床疗效、肿瘤标志物水平、不良反应发生情况及预后情况.结果研究组治疗总有效率为83.72%,对照组治疗总有效率为62.79%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组,不良反应发生率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后随访1年,研究组、对照组生存率分别为81.40%、60.47%,研究组患者生存率较对照组更高(P<0.05).结论联合应用术前诱导化疗与术后放疗疗效更佳,可有效提高患者生存率.Objective To study the effecl of preoperative induction chemotherapy combined with postoperative radiotherapy in the treatment of oral cancer.Methods According to the different treatment to the hospital in January 2018-May 2021 treated 86 cases of oral cancer patients were divided into two groups,control group(43 cases)only give postoperative radiotherapy,while the study group(43 cases)for preoperative induction chemotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy,compare two groups of clinical curative effect,levels of tumor markers,adverse reaction and prognosis.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 83.72%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 62.79%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of tumor markers in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 year follow-up,the survival rates of the study group and the control group were 81.40% and 60.47%,respectively,and the survival rate of the researcher group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of preoperative induction chemotherapy and postoperative radiotherapy is more effective and can effectively improve the survival rate of patients.
