摘  要:目的分析食物性过敏原与复发性口腔溃疡(recurrent aphthous ulcer,RAU)之间的相关性.方法此次实验研究对象的纳入时间起始于2020年1月,截止于2021年12月,共包括在天津市泰达医院确诊的食物过敏患者65例(食物过敏组)、接受治疗的RAU患者65例(RAU组)以及健康体检者65例(健康体检组),借助健康问卷对其进行调查与分析,并对具体的结果进行统计学分析,为食物性过敏原与RAU之间相关性的更好分析提供基础.结果通过调查分析后发现,在符合RAU初步诊断者、因进食引发某种疾病和曾被诊断为过敏性疾病等概率的比较上,三组患者存在显著统计学差异,P<0.05.由此可见食物过敏原与RAU的出现具有一定的相关性,可能会导致RAU风险的增加.结论通过对食物性过敏原致RAU进行调查分析后发现,食物性过敏原与RAU之间存在着较为显著的相关性,可能会影响RAU这一疾病的发生与发展,对RAU的严重程度有着一定的影响.Objective To analyze the correlation between food allergens and recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU).Methods This study started in January 2020 and ended in December 2021,a total of 65 patients with food allergy(food allergy group),65 RAU patients(RAU group)and 65 healthy persons(health examination group)were included in this study,it is investigated and analyzed by health questionnaire,and the specific results are analyzed statistically.The better analysis of the correlation between food allergens and RAU provides the basis.Results After investigation and analysis,it was found that there were significant statistical differences among the three groups in the probability of meeting the initial diagnosis of RAU,some diseases caused by eating and allergic diseases,P<0.05.Therefore,food allergens and the emergence of RAU have a certain relevance,may lead to an increased risk of RAU.Conclusion Through the investigation and analysis of RAU caused by food allergens,it is found that there is a significant correlation between food allergens and RAU,which may affect the occurrence and development of Rau,has some influence on the severity of RAU.
