垄断性国有企业混改对信息噪音的影响研究

摘　　要：采用文献研究法对相关问题进行研究发现,由于垄断性国有企业与其他国有企业在授权管控的方式及程度上有所不同,对其进行混合所有制改革与信息噪音之间的影响研究更有意义。选取中国电力、石油、天然气、铁路、民航、电信、军工七大行业内114家垄断性国有企业为研究对象,以其2013-2020年间的年度数据作为观测值构建面板数据,通过一系列实证分析方法研究垄断性国有企业混合所有制改革对信息噪音的影响。研究发现:垄断性国有企业中存在国有股东和非国有股东持股比例严重失衡的情况,且面临着企业之间混合所有制改革程度两极分化的局面;另外,垄断性国有企业混合所有制改革对信息噪音有显著的负向影响作用,其中股权多样性、非国有股东控制权变动程度、非国有股东持股比例均对信息噪音有显著抑制作用。Using the method of literature research,this paper studies the relevant problems and finds that due to the different ways and degrees of authorization and control between monopoly state-owned enterprises and other state-owned enterprises,it is more meaningful to study the impact of mixed ownership reform and information noise.Therefore,this paper selects 114 monopoly state-owned enterprises in China's power,oil,natural gas,railway,civil aviation,telecommunications and military industries as the research object,takes their annual data from 2013 to 2020 as the observation value,construct panel data,and studies the impact of the mixed ownership reform of monopoly state-owned enterprises on information noise through a series of empirical analysis methods.It is found that there is a serious imbalance between the shareholding ratio of state-owned shareholders and non-state-owned shareholders in monopoly state-owned enterprises,and they are facing the polarization of the degree of mixed ownership reform among enterprises.In addition,the mixed ownership reform of monopoly state-owned enterprises has a significant negative impact on information noise.Among them,equity diversity,the change in the degree of control of non-state-owned shareholders and the shareholding proportion of non-state-owned shareholders all have a significant inhibitory effect on information noise.
