摘 要:在以往施工中,钢骨柱吊装需等待基础承台混凝土满足设计强度要求时,才可进行后续吊装。西安国际足球中心主场馆屋盖由大量劲性柱做支撑,为保证项目施工进度,通过提高混凝土强度到C50,并利用PSO-BP神经网络的浇筑混凝土强度预测方法预测混凝土强度,结果表明优化过的混凝土配合比5 d内混凝土强度就可达到C35,网络训练仿真拟合优度可达到99.798%。同时进一步增加临时支撑,增加基础承台承载力,首节钢骨实现3 d吊装。该施工技术大幅缩短了首节劲性柱钢骨吊装施工技术间歇,保证了项目工期,提高了项目的整体施工质量。In previous construction,the steel reinforced column can be hoisted only after the concrete of the foundation cushion cap meets the design strength requirements.The roof of the main stadium of Xi’an International Football Center is supported by a large number of stiffness columns.In order to ensure the construction progress of the project,the concrete strength is predicted by increasing the concrete strength to C50 and using the prediction method of pouring concrete strength of PSO-BP neural network.The results show that the concrete strength can reach C35 within 5 days of the optimized concrete mix ratio,and the goodness of fit of network training simulation can reach 99.798%.At the same time,the temporary support is further increased,the bearing capacity of the foundation cushion cap is increased,and the 3 days hoisting of the first section of steel skeleton is realized.This construction technology greatly shortens the interval of steel skeleton hoisting construction technology for the first section of stiffened column,ensures the project duration,and improves the overall construction quality of the project.
