摘　　要：对家庭条件困难的学生进行身份认定是高校资助育人实现公平公正的必要基础。现存的政策解读与认定操作失范、学校认定标准科学性不足等问题,是影响贫困生认定公平性的主要因素。为此,高校需要深入调查贫困生认定和资助现状,建立科学合理的贫困生认定标准,健全贫困生认定政策措施,以保证高校资助育人的公平公正性。The identification of students with financial difficulties is the necessary basis for college funded education to achieve fairness and justice.The existing problems,such as anomie of policy interpretation and identification operation,lack of scientificity of school identification standards and so on,are the main factors affecting the fairness of identification of students with financial difficulties.Therefore,colleges and universities need to deeply investigate the current situation of the identification and funding of students with financial difficulties,establish scientific and reasonable identification standards for students with financial difficulties,and improve the identification policies and measures,so as to ensure the fairness and impartiality of funded education in colleges and universities.
