摘　　要：全媒体时代,高校隐性思想政治教育存在隐性思政育人功能弱化、学生正确价值观受到冲击、教师媒介素养有待提高等问题,依托四全媒体可以挖掘隐性思想政治教育内容、丰富隐性思想政治教育形式、把握隐性思想政治教育方向和精准开展隐性思想政治教育。因此,高校亟需思考如何紧跟时代步伐、发挥全媒体的优势,增强隐性思想政治教育实效性。In the era of all-media,the implicit ideological and political education in colleges and universities has problems such as weakening of the implicit ideological and political education function,the impact on students’correct values,and the need to improve teachers’media literacy.Relying on the four-media,we can explore the content of implicit ideological and political education,enrich the forms of implicit ideological and political education,grasp the direction of implicit ideological and political education,and accurately carry out implicit ideological and political education.Therefore,colleges and universities urgently need to think about how to keep up with the pace of the times,give full play to the advantages of the whole media,and enhance the effectiveness of implicit ideological and political education.
