摘  要:为降低液压挖掘机的能耗损失,对所研究机型挖掘机的被控对象电喷发动机、液压泵进行建模,同时,对基于功率匹配的节能控制策略进行优化设计,运用PID算法和模糊控制算法建立控制过程模型,在确定能耗评价指标后进行仿真。仿真结果表明:新型控制策略在稳定工作点环节响应速度和鲁棒性更好,整体油耗降低2.1%,节能效果明显。In order to improve the energy-saving effect of hydraulic excavator,the controlled objects EFI engine and hydraulic pump of the excavator were modeled.At the same time,the energy-saving control strategy based on power matching was optimized.In the strategy,the control process model was established by using PID algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm,and the simulation was carried out after determining the energy consumption evaluation index.The simulation results show that using the new control strategy,the response speed is faster and the robustness is better in stabilizing working point,the overall fuel consumption is reduced by 2.1%and the energy consumption is improved.
