摘 要:目的研究鼠神经生长因子联合美多芭治疗老年帕金森病的效果。方法抽取2020年2月至2021年5月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的老年帕金森病患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为单一组和联合组,每组30例。单一组采用美多芭治疗,联合组在单一组基础上采用鼠神经生长因子治疗。比较两组疗效、帕金森评定量表(UPDRS)评分、神经营养因子[胶质源性神经营养因子(GDNF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)]水平、脑神经递质[多巴胺(DA)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)]水平及不良反应发生率。结果联合组总有效率(93.33%,28/30)高于单一组(70.00%,21/30),P<0.05。治疗后,联合组神经、行为和情绪、日常生活活动、运动检查评分均低于单一组(P均<0.05),GDNF、BDNF、DA、NE水平均高于单一组(P均<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率(10.00%,3/30)与单一组(16.67%,5/30)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子联合美多芭治疗老年帕金森病,可提高神经营养因子及脑神经递质水平,明显改善患者临床症状,临床效果和安全性良好。Objective To investigate the effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with madopar in the treatment of senile Parkinson disease.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients with Parkinson disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from February 2020 to May 2021 were selected,and they were divided into single group and combined group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The single group was treated with madopar,and the combined group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor based on the treatment of the single group.The curative effect,Unified Parkinson’s Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS)score,levels of neurotrophic factor including gliagen-derived neurotrophic factor(GDNF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),levels of brain neurotransmitter dopamine including(DA)and norepinephrine(NE),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that of the single group(70.00%,21/30),P<0.05.After treatment,the scores of neurology,behavior and emotion,activities of daily living and exercise examination in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(all P<0.05),and the levels of GDNF,BDNF,DA and NE in the combined group were higher than those in the single group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the combined group(10.00%,3/30)and the single group(16.67%,5/30),P>0.05.Conclusions Mouse nerve growth factor combined with madopar in the treatment of senile Parkinson disease can increase the levels of neurotrophic factors and brain neurotransmitters,and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,with good clinical effects and safety.
