民航空保专业学生核心素养模型的构建

摘　　要：采用文献计量、专家访谈等研究方法,以民航空保专业为研究对象,从民航空中安保工作需求的实际出发,提出航空安全员职业核心素养的概念。基于核心素养的内涵分析,厘定了包含知识基础、身体素质、意识品格、应急处置4个层面所对应的10个不同维度、31个基本要点,构建了航空安全员职业核心素养的3层同心圆结构模型,以期为民航安保专业人才培养提供参照准则和理论依据。This paper proposes the concept of the core competencies of air security officers based on the actual needs of civil aviation security work by adopting bibliometrics,expert interviews and other research methods,taking civil aviation flight safety and security major as the research object.Then,based on the connotation analysis of core competencies,it clarifies 10 different dimensions and 31 basic points corresponding to the four tiers including knowledge,physical quality,awareness and character and emergency response.It also constructs the three-tier concentric structures for the core competencies of the profession of air security officers,which aims to provide reference criteria and theoretical basis for the training of civil aviation security professionals.
