摘  要:高校专业课教师是高校全员育人工作中的重要队伍。目前,部分高校专业课教师在育人工作中存在“重智育、轻德育”“重教书、轻育人”“重科研、轻教学”的问题,亟待通过“三力”“两体系”弥补短板,提升育人实效。“三力”即提升人格魅力,做到信念坚实、道德厚实、学识扎实、关爱及时;提升课堂活力,做到教学思维有高阶性、教学形式有创新性、教学内容有挑战性;提升内容张力,做到课堂知识与现实需求相结合、理论与实践相结合、教学与科研相结合。“两体系”即评价体系和管理体系。Teachers of specialized courses play a critical role in all-staff education in colleges and universities.At present,there are issues with“emphasizing intellectual education while ignoring moral education”,“emphasiz⁃ing teaching while neglecting education”,and“emphasizing scientific research while neglecting teaching”.It is thus urgent to make up for the shortcomings in education and increase its efficacy via the use of“three compe⁃tences”and“two systems”.“Three competences”refers to the following:the competence to enhance personal charm by being moral,knowledgeable,and punctual;the competence to enhance classroom vitality via high-level teaching thinking,innovative teaching form,and challenging teaching content;the competence to enhance the farreaching appeal of content by achieving the integration of classroom knowledge and practical needs,theory and practice,teaching and scientific research.“Two systems”refers to the rating and management systems.
