摘  要:思政课是推进落实高校思想政治工作的主阵地、主渠道,而办好高校思政课,教师是关键。思政课教师要以主体性提升为着力点,通过强化自身素质、提升教学能力、改进教学方法,推进教学改革,提高教学质量,增强思政课的亲和力和针对性,让思政课成为学生真心喜爱、终身受益的优秀课程。Ideological and political courses are the main position and channel to promote the implementation of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.Teachers are the key to running ideological and politi⁃cal courses in colleges and universities.It is necessary for ideological and political teachers to focus on improving their subjectivity,strengthening their own quality,improving teaching ability,improving teaching methods,so as to promote teaching reform,improve teaching quality,enhance the affinity and pertinence of ideological and politi⁃cal courses,and make ideological and political courses excellent courses truly loved by students and providing lifelong benefits.
