摘　　要：群体动力理论研究群体中个体之间的相互作用和相互影响对整个群体及个体所产生的能量。将群体动力理论应用于商务英语课堂教学,构建学习共同体,通过积极的互动、合作与竞争激发学生的内驱力,可以有效提升教学效果,促进学生将知识内化为能力。Theory of Group Dynamics investigates the interaction of individuals in a group and influence on the whole group as well as the energy produced by individuals.The application of the theory to Business English teaching and the construction of learning community can stimulate students’driving power,achieve positive inter⁃action,cooperation and competition,effectively improve the teaching effect,and promote students to convert theo⁃retical knowledge into ability.
