摘　　要：随着业务量的不断增加,在工作人员数量不变的基础上,传统服务模式难以承担更多检测业务来保障检测工作及时有序进行。为了让客户享受到更优质的服务,结合油气实验领域客户服务的工作现状,运用互联网技术研发了能满足油气实验领域特性的客户服务平台。平台提供仪器设备预约、在线远程申请实验、实验过程跟踪、实验报告下载、满意度调查等服务;同时支持移动端和电脑端,与微信公众号进行深度集成,便于用户业务受理,多线程并行,大大缩短了业务流转的时间。实践表明,客户服务系统对提高实验室综合管理质量、提高运营效率,发挥了积极的作用。At present,most laboratories still use the traditional mode of offline sample delivery and single-line business flow.With the continuous increase of business volume,it is difficult for the traditional mode to load more testing business to ensure the timely and orderly testing work on the basis of the constant number of staff.Based on mobile Internet technology,an online customer service platform adapted to oil and gas experiment field is designed and developed.The platform provides equipment reservation,online remote inspection,experimental process tracking,experimental report download,satisfaction survey and other services.The platform supports both mobile terminal and computer terminal in product form,and is deeply integrated with WeChat public number for customers to use.After the establishment of the customer service system,business processing can be handled in parallel with multiple threads,which greatly shortens the time of business flow.Meanwhile,users are supported to track the sample testing progress in real time and receive the electronic testing report in the first time,which reduces the communication cost.The proposal of detection Internet has far-reaching positive impact on the reform of detection industry,and provides reference for the continuous development of"Internet+detection"mode in this industry.
