摘　　要：采用匿名标准化病人的方法,设计4种测试场景,选择8家互联网医疗第三方平台,对《银川市互联网诊疗服务规范(试行)》12项合规要点进行研究。结果显示,部分平台存在违规提供线上首诊服务、药事服务不规范、问诊过程和质量存在漏洞、未能严格执行患者实名制等问题。对此,建议加强行业自律,统一监管规范,打通数据壁垒,鼓励创新,促进互联网医疗行业的良性发展。In this study,unannounced standardized patient method was used to design 4 test scenarios,and 160 doctors from 8 major platforms were selected to check 12 compliance points.It was found that some platforms provided online first diagnosis in illegally,the pharmaceutical service was not standardized,the consultation process and quality were flawed,and the real name system was not strictly implemented.In this regard,this paper suggests strengthening industry self-discipline,implementing uniform and detailed regulatory norms,breaking through data barriers and establishing a unified regulatory platform to promote the healthy development of the telemedicine industry.
