摘　　要：在深入剖析发达城市中心主城区环线地铁建设过程中施工总承包管理的业务需求及重难点基础上,创新施工总承包管理模式,基于BIM、GIS、物联网、移动互联等技术,以全专业BIM施工深化模型为载体,为地铁施工总承包管理定制研发管理平台。实现施工项目安全、质量、进度、人员、物资、设备等方面的全过程、精细化和形象化管理。实践表明,应用定制研发的管理平台,极大提升施工总承包管理效率,在提升施工质量、降低安全风险、控制工期成本、提高管理效益、辅助科学决策等方面成效显著。On the basis of the in-depth analysis of the business needs and key points of the EPC management during construction of the ring metro in the central urban areas of developed cities, the innovation of construction general contracting management mode, based on BIM,GIS, IoT, mobile Internet and other technologies, takes the full professional BIM construction deepening model as the carrier, and customizes R&D construction general contracting management platform for metro construction general contracting management. Realize the whole process, refined and visualized management of safety,quality, progress, personnel, materials, equipment, etc. of the construction project. Practice shows that the application of customized R&D construction management platform has greatly improved the management efficiency of general construction contracting, and achieved remarkable results in improving construction quality, reducing safety risks,controlling time costs, improving management benefits, and assisting scientific decision-making.
