摘 要:提出了一种变摩擦阻尼器,通过理论计算、试验及有限元模拟验证了该阻尼器的可行性,并对该变摩擦阻尼器力学性能及关键参数的影响进行了研究,研究表明:该变摩擦阻尼器滞回曲线呈“狗骨形”,具有明显变摩擦特性,疲劳性能较好,随着加载位移的增大,摩擦载荷逐渐增大,耗能面积增大,起滑位移和起滑阻尼力无明显变化,该阻尼器无明显频率相关性。通过有限元模拟结果发现,随着碟簧刚度及摩擦钢板坡面角度增大,变摩擦阶段的极限摩擦载荷及第二刚度逐渐增大;随着摩擦片的坡面角度增大,极限摩擦载荷及第二刚度逐渐减小。模拟的结果与理论计算及试验结果较相近,可用于指导该类阻尼器的初步设计。A variable friction damper is proposed.The feasibility of the damper is verified by theoretical calculation,experiment and finite element simulation.The results show that the hysteresis curve of the variable friction damper is"dog-shaped".It has obvious variable friction characteristics and good fatigue performance.As the loading displacement increases,the friction load increases gradually,the energy dissipation area increases,and the sliding displacement and damping force have no obvious change.The damper has no obvious frequency correlation.The results of finite element simulation show that the maximum friction load and the second stiffness increase gradually with the increase of the spring stiffness and the angle of the friction plate slope.With the increase of the slope angle,the maximum friction load and the second stiffness decrease gradually.The simulation results are similar to the theoretical calculation and experimental results,which can be used to guide the preliminary design of this kind of damper.
