摘　　要：为了研究RV减速机的综合性能,需要设计专用的测试台架,用计算机程序进行自动测试。针对扭转刚度和效率试验的加载流程,提出了一种描述曲线的伪指令,将加载曲线翻译为特定的伪指令,将抽象的曲线信息转换为计算机可执行的控制指令。通过配置文件加载方式,使加载曲线的形态和参数可配置,提高试验的灵活性,达到了智能化检测的目的。In order to research the comprehensive performance of RV reducer,it is necessary to design specialized testboard bay,and automatically test through computer program.According to loading process of torsional rigidity and efficiency test,the study proposes a pseudo-instruction for curve description,translates the load curve into a specific pseudo-instruction,and converts abstract curve information to control instruction which can be performed by computer.The configuration of the file loading mode can upload the form and parameter configuration of the curve,improve the flexibility of the test,and achieve the goal of intelligent test.
