摘 要:创新型人才培养是高等教育高质量发展的题中之义和必然要求。在加快培养知识型、技能型、创新型高水平劳动者的背景下,对硕士研究生创造力的培养越来越重要。以威廉斯创造力倾向量表为基础,以S师范大学在校硕士研究生为调查对象,通过SPSS软件对其创造力倾向的差异性与影响因素进行分析可以看出:硕士研究生的创造力总体上处于中上等水平,不同性别和不同院校硕士研究生的创造力倾向在总体上并不存在显著性差异。分析表明,创造力可以通过后天影响进行提升,高校应建设创新平台,为硕士研究生提供实践途径。优化指导行为,发散学生思维;硕士研究生也应主动拓宽视野,积极投身实践。Innovation talent training is the key point and necessary requirement of the high quality development of higher education.Under the background of the acceleration of training knowledge,skillful and innovative high quality of workers,the training of creativity of postgraduate students becomes more and more important.Based on Williams Creativity Propensity Inventory,the study takes postgraduate students of S Normal University as the respondents.Through the analysis of the differentiation of creativity tendency and the influencing factors with SPSS,it is found that generally the creativity of postgraduate students is at middle and high level.In addition,generally there is no statistically significant difference in the creativity tendency of post graduates with different genders in different colleges.Analysis show that creativity can be improved by acquirement.Colleges should establish innovation platform,and provide practical pathway for postgraduate students;optimize guidance behaviors,help students to divergent student thinking.Postgraduate students should actively widen the horizon,and participate into practice.
