摘  要:随着社会的变革与发展,时间管理倾向已逐渐成为人们展示自我和提升自我的关键因素。为探究护理专业大学生时间管理倾向与学习能力的关系,随机抽取某本科院校235名护理专业大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示,受访者的时间管理倾向与自主学习能力之间存在显著正相关关系。通过相关性分析和线性回归分析发现,受访者的时间管理倾向、时间价值感和时间监控能力对自主学习能力具有正面预测作用。高校可以通过认知自我、目标规划和时间监控等主题培训提高护理专业大学生对时间监控观的重视程度,帮助学生建立有效的时间监控机制,提高其时间监控能力;同时还应借助校内比赛或高校联合竞赛等形式提升其自我效能感、学习评价能力、自主学习能力以及自我调节能力。With the reform and development of the society,time management tendency has gradually become the key factor for people presenting and improving themselves.In order to explore the relationship between time management tendency and learning ability of nursing college students,the study randomly selects 235 nursing college students in a college to do questionnaire survey.The results show that there is significant positive relationship between time management tendency and independent learning ability.Correlation and linear regression analysis show that time management tendency,sense of time value and time monitoring ability play positive predicting role on independent learning ability.Colleges can improve nursing college students’attention to time monitoring through theme training,including self cognition,objective planing and time monitoring,etc.;establish effective time monitoring mechanism,improve time monitoring ability;and improve self-efficacy,learning evaluation ability,independent learning ability and self-control ability through school contests or college joint competition.
