摘　　要：目的探讨iRoot BP作为根管倒充填材料对慢性根尖周炎患者咀嚼功能及龈沟液炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2022年1月聊城市人民医院收治的150例符合根管倒充填指征的慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成研究组(75例,患牙75颗)与对照组(75例,患牙75颗)。对照组患者采用无机三氧化聚合物(MTA)根管倒充填,研究组患者采用iRoot BP根管倒充填。比较两组患者的临床疗效、咀嚼功能及龈沟液炎症因子水平。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率(94.67%)高于对照组(84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的咀嚼效率、咬合力高于本组治疗前,研究组患者治疗后的咀嚼效率、咬合力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于本组治疗前,研究组患者治疗后的IL-1、IL-8、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性根尖周炎患者给予iRoot BP根管倒充填,能够提高临床疗效,改善患者咀嚼功能,调节龈沟液炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the effect of iRoot BP as root canal backfill material on masticatory function and inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 150 patients with chronic apical periodontitis who met the indication of root canal backfill were admitted Liaocheng People's Hospital from February 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the study group(75 cases,75 affected teeth)and the control group(75 cases,75 affected teeth)by random number table method.Patients in the control group were filled with mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA)root canals,while patients in the study group were filled with iRoot BP.The clinical efficacy,masticatory function and the levels of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group(94.67%)was higher than that in the control group(84.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the chewing efficiency and occlusal force of patients of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the chewing efficiency and occlusal force of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of IL-1,IL-8 and TNF-αafter treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Root canal backfilling with iRoot BP in patients with chronic apical periodontitis can improve clinical efficacy,improve masticatory function,and regulate the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid.
