从跨文化思维看李伯聪工程哲学研究的特色

摘　　要：李伯聪是国内外最早从事工程哲学研究的学者之一,他的技术哲学与工程哲学研究中具有一些独有的特征,非常值得从跨文化视角进行梳理和分析。本文将简要介绍李伯聪与西方学术界的接触经历,并重点阐释和分析李伯聪哲学思想中对西方学者关于技术和工程的哲学思考最具有重要价值的三个主题:(1)工程不只是工程设计;(2)工程共同体不是同质的社会结构;(3)工程伦理不只是职业伦理。Li Bocong is one of earliest pioneers of philosophy of engineering locally and internationally.His studies on philosophy of technology and engineering are worth studying from the perspective of cross-culture owing to their unique features.Following a brief account of Li Bocong’s personal encounter with the West,we will discuss three aspects of his philosophy that we believe can make important contributions to Western philosophical thinking about engineering and technology:(1)his analysis of engineering as more than design,(2)his argument that an engineering community is not homogenous,and(3)his conceptualization of engineering ethics as more than professional ethics.
