摘 要:目的 探讨ABO血型对周围神经传导产生的影响,为周围神经病的预防及治疗提出新思路和方法。方法 选择延边大学医学院在校健康青年志愿者856名,检测所有研究对象ABO血型,及正中、尺、腓、胫神经神经传导参数和F波,分析不同血型间的神经传导差异。结果 与左侧相比,正中神经O型传导机能右侧降低,尺神经B、O型波幅右侧升高,非B型腓神经传导速度右侧升高,胫神经O型远位潜伏期/波幅(基-峰)右侧延长/升高(P均<0.05)。正中和胫神经传导机能AB型优于非AB型;腓神经传导机能非O型优于O型;各神经F波最短潜伏期O型较非O型延长(P均<0.05)。超过可信区上限或低于下限的比率:正中和尺神经AB型小于非AB型,腓和胫神经A型小于非A型(P均<0.05)。神经传导机能显著低下神经数尺、腓、胫神经中O型显著。结论 神经传导机能AB型优于非AB型;神经传导低下比率O型明显,左侧与右侧传导差异O型最明显。Objective To investigate the influence of ABO blood-group on peripheral nerve conduction,and to put forward new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of peripheral neuropathy. Methods A total of 856 healthy young volunteers from Medical College of Yanbian University were enrolled in the study. ABO bloodgroup, nerve conduction parameters and F-wave of median, ulnar, fibular and tibial nerves were detected in all subjects.Differences in nerve conduction between different blood-groups were analyzed. Results Compared with the left side,O-type conduction function of median nerve decreased on the right side, the amplitude of ulnar nerve for B-type and O-type increased on the right side, the conduction velocity of peroneal nerve for non-B-type increased on the right side,and distal latency/amplitude(base-peak) of tibial nerve for O-type prolonged/increased on the right side(all P<0.05). The conduction function of median and tibial nerve of AB-type was better than that of non-AB type(P<0.05). The conduction function of peroneal nerve of non-O type was better than that of O-type(P<0.05). F-wave shortest latency of each nerve of O-type was longer than that of non-O-type(all P<0.05). The ratio of exceeding the upper limit or below the lower limit of the confidence zone in AB-type of median and ulnar nerves was smaller than non-AB type, and that in A-type of peroneal and tibial nerves was less than non A-type(P<0.05). In the ulnar, fibular and tibial nerves, the number of nerves with lower nerve conduction function was significant in O-type. Conclusion The nerve conduction function of AB-type is better than that of non-AB type. The ratio of lower nerve conduction is obvious in O-type, and the conduction difference between the left and right side is most obvious in O-type.
